Umag is a well-known and popular Croatian seaside resort, located at the northwestern tip of the Istrian Peninsula. It combines a picturesque historic center with modern infrastructure, a wide range of services, sports activities, and full amenities. The project is situated in the residential district of Moela, in the second row from the sea, just 150 meters from Africa Beach. All amenities, the town center, and the historic old town are within a 5-minute walk, either through the park or along the new coastal cycling path.
This is a development of a total of 8 luxury apartments in two identical three-story buildings – the structures are mirrored versions of each other. The houses are designed in a Mediterranean style, featuring stone-clad façades, stone window frames, and roofs made of local red tiles. - On the ground floor, there is a 3-room apartment with a garden, its own outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor shower with a toilet (toilet with a washbasin). The ground floor also contains parking spaces for all apartments.
- On the first floor, there are 2 apartments: one with a 2-room layout and one with a 3-room layout.
- On the second floor, there is the most luxurious apartment with a 4-room layout, 4 bathrooms, and a large terrace offering views of the sea and the old town.
